I am an expert in providing powerful interventions, and will support you to generate new thought processes so you can initiate and maintain sustainable change, to work toward a well balanced life that will benefit you.

I will provide you the tools needed to change your current habits to more healthy and productive ones that last a lifetime!

How Does It Work?


1. Onboarding Questionnaire

Tina will review your answers and respond via Email within 7 days of receipt.

2. Discovery Call

This is a complimentary 30 minute meet and greet call where I learn about your health and wellness coaching needs according to the responses in the questionnaire. If my services are a good fit for you, we will then develop an individualized custom wellness plan for you to get started on your healthy journey.

If you are interested in Health Coaching but not sure if it is really appropriate for you, lets talk so you can learn a bit about me and vice versa, Health Coaching and the benefit for you.


You must complete the Onboarding Questionnaire prior to scheduling a Discovery Call.


3. Six Week Coaching Package

When you are ready for a deeper dive, sign up for my 6 week Coaching Package.

After our Discovery call (review the necessary steps), we’ll meet 1 hour per week for 6 weeks for individualized and customized coaching to help you reach your overall health and wellness goals.

I can help you change your negative eating habits into positive ones, gain more energy, decrease pain, learn how to live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, and see just how easy a healthy lifestyle can be when you get rid of all of those negative habits you have learned over the years!

How will we do this?

By following my Simple 5 Steps to Mastering Your Health! This Program has been used by many women who have all reached their heath goals by adding these simple steps into their life and developing a lifestyle that is easy to live by and suites their own needs.


Consultation Session

Complete the Onboarding Questionnaire by clicking HERE. I will review the answers and respond via email within 7 days of receipt.

If I feel that I can help you, I will contact you via email then I’ll provide you with a detailed contract that expires after 1 year and we’ll schedule a 1 hour Consultation Session where we’ll deep dive into your topic of concern.

This is for the person who may have a been given a diagnosis by their medical provider and would like some details; you are looking for education on a specific desease process; you need guidance on how to incorporate supplements into your wellness; you can tap into coaching skills that we have worked on in the past but you need a refresher.

There are many other reasons you may want a 1 time session, let’s talk on the phone first to determine what you can benefit from!

Follow Up Session

This can be scheduled after a 1 hour consultation or after your Coaching Package has ended.

It is meant as a “check in” or a brief educational session to learn about a health related issue, food basics, habit forming or any other area that you feel stuck in so you can get on track with your wellness goals.

Maybe, you were doing great, life struck and you fell off your healthy path. Now, you are struggling to get started again.

This does not include a customized wellness plan but will-evaluate your current state of mind and habits to see how you can re-establish a healthy relationship with yourself. Contact Tina


Group Coaching

If you know of friends, family or colleagues that would benefit from Health and Wellness Coaching and would like to gain the experience but in a group setting rather than individually, contact me so we can make it happen. Contact Tina

Group coaching is best when you have similar health goals or common interests as your group members. It is not as individualized but very beneficial. Maybe it’s learning how to :

  • follow an anti-inflammatory lifestyle
  • learn about inflammation and its effect on the mind and body
  • you want to start a business and do not believe in yourself
  • you struggle with healthy relationships and need guidance
  • resolve problems with others
  • network with others and other businesses
  • there are so many reasons, reach out and ask me if your need for group coaching is appropriate

People do well surrounded by others going through the same thing. They dont feel as alone. They have others to talk to and compare stories with.

Group Coaching will be done via a weekly 1 hour ZOOM or in person meeting for 4 weeks.

There must be at least 3 people signed up for group coaching.
